Hello there,
I hope you're feeling well and rested... and if you're not - welcome to the club!
From the moment I defied the laws of gravity and managed to get my head off the pillow, I have a feeling that today just isn't going to be my day. Looks like the famous Blue Monday has struck me two days later 🫠
They say there's no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing... but today I couldn't agree less with this statement. The weather in Poland is really awful - it’s grey, rainy and cold. To combat this midweek slump and unfavorable weather conditions, I tried morning yoga, and power walking in the park. I also drank two different types of coffee (drip and a shot of espresso) and made one of my favorite breakfasts - a yogurt bowl with homemade granola and fresh fruits. Sadly these methods helped only slightly, and I’m still
F e e l i n g S l o w . . .
And how are you today? How do you cope with your bad days?
We all know that Midweek Crisis is a real thing, right? It’s a common and normal feeling that each one of us experiences. Sometimes it can be tough to push through the workweek when the excitement of the start of the week has worn off and the reality of the remaining days sets in.
For those of us who are feeling overwhelmed, a little anxious, or sluggish today, here's a friendly reminder:
What you are going through is only a temporary condition, and you're not alone!
Everyone has their off days. The important thing is to keep moving forward. So let’s take care of ourselves and listen to some good music together.
I hope this playlist will help us power through the day:
It’s an energetic mix of mostly fresh, freaky, and danceable songs, that should do the job of boosting our moods ✨
Alrighty then,

Happy listening!
Until next time.
Yours,

The weather up here is really bleak as well. Coffee usually helps, but not always. Music definitely makes everything more bearable.
I fell this 100000000%. Thanks so much, Stygi!
