I love this! When I was little, we always had music on in the house- certainly much more than the TV. My dad was also the sort of guy that would endlessly tweak his stereo set up (or equalizer settings) looking for just the right sound. His greatest legacy is passing along a love for music to me.
I didn't know my stepdad that well, but after he passed away last year, I came into a box of his records. Going through them has been a really cool window into who he was as a person.
I like your Dad, Stygi. He sounds like me. I love Vivaldi and Bach, I have a giant poster of Carlos Santana in my music room. I loved it when my kids used to ask me "How do you know that song?"
Ooh, I feel very honored and embarrassed by your words😜
I am very pleased to have given you an introduction to great impressions and you continue to develop them very well. Your Midweek Crisis is a confirmation of this.
In fact, music accompanies me from an early age. In fact, my older friends from my childhood and youth infected me with music, and in fact I am fascinated with it to this day. And now, thanks to the technical possibilities, we can all use it whenever we want. And that's great.
Thank you for inviting me to a joint concert and to meet us soon in the next episode of MC.
Sweet memories, Stygi! Listening to Santana also reminds me of my parents, coincidently! Not because they're big fans, but we used to have the Supernatural record (and DVD) playing at home all the time when it came out. They specially loved the track Corazon Espinado, with Maná.

Thank you for sharing your story Kevin ✨
💯 agree on that the person's record collection can provide insight into their taste, interests, personality & all
